Client galleries may collect basic usage information such as views, downloads, device type, and activity logs to support delivery, security, and file access. Personal information voluntarily entered by the Client—such as email, names, and download credentials—is used only for gallery access, communication, and order fulfillment. Eric Guzman Photography LLC does not sell or share client information with outside parties for marketing purposes.

Galleries may be hosted through third-party platforms that operate under their own privacy terms. While limited backups may be kept for operational purposes, long-term storage is not guaranteed, and Clients are responsible for downloading and securing their files.

Images in the gallery may be used for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless the Client requests privacy in writing prior to delivery. Names of minors will not be publicly identified without consent.
